Casting Call: SEASON 11

The DC Theater Arts Collaborative is seeking NON-UNION actors for New Voices New Works: ACT ONE, our annual 10-minute play reading festival. The festival showcases new, unproduced plays. Selected playwrights work with professional directors and actors to prepare their 10-minute plays for a staged reading. First Act is the first of three programs for our Playwright Pipeline, New Voices New Works.
SHOW DATES
Selected plays will perform 11/6, 11/13, 11/20
REHEARSALS
Each play will rehearse the day before its performance: Rehearsal times TBD.
ROLES
A variety of roles are available.
ACTOR SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Please submit a head shot and resume along with an audition video that includes:
– One (1) comedic monologue of your choice
– One (1) dramatic monologue of your choice

COMPENSATION
$100 stipend for one day of performance, an additional $50 for each additional day.
